Try it again tomorrow before you give up. The anti-virus solution for Yahoo currently is provided by CA. Sometimes server connection problems can occur.
If you continue to have problems, contact Yahoo! Customer Care, they are very responsive and usually can help sort these things out.
Could be computer related if it does it again. Possible Ram and Other Programs running.
