Help.runtime errors?

when i start windows normally i get the error "microsoft visual c++ runtime library" this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way when trying to access the internet. i have tried system restore, uninstalled google and yahoo toolbars but it has not helped. any advice would be appreciated

You might have to perform a system recovery (not system restore) this action will reset your computer back to factory settings just as it was when you first brought it. just to remember that you must save any file or document on to a removable recordable CD-ROM disc for the recovery action will delete anything that you have installed since buying the PC. good luck,
