To prevent these error messages from occurring, turn off script debugging in Internet Explorer by using the following steps:





Open Internet Explorer


In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then Internet Options.


Click the Advanced tab


From the Browsing category, select Disable script debugging


From the Browsing category, remove the check mark next to Display a notification about every script error


Click OK.


Close Internet Explorer and then re-open it.

It is stolen code but now OWNED by Microsdot.


The Runtime Error means that the Code looped beyond the parameters that are preconfigured and hidden because it is Closed Source.

Ok, that is not the code, but it is pretty close, Ruby is free,Ubuntu is also, Java is Open Source now, free, keep paying for windows snafus or start learning ,,again
Reply:Something with that is not working, as its wriiten in Visual C++, and requires the runtime to work correctly, now one of the component is non-functioning, hence the error.





Try remove and reinstall again
