Illustrator CS2 Runtime Error?

I was working on Illustrator one night %26amp; my computer froze (Im sure that it froze from an internet problem, not illustrator) i managed to save the file i was working on but ended up having to manually shut my computer down to clear everything else off. when i restarted, %26amp; started illustrator up, it loaded all of my fonts up, but right before launching the rest of the program a message popped up saying: Microsoft visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error!





Program: ...rator CS2\Support Files\Contents\Windows\Illustrator.exe





This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. please contact the application's support team for more information.

I wasnt downloading anything to the program before or when it happened. I have been using this program for months now %26amp; this is the first time anything like this has happened.


This happens every time i load it now; I tried reinstalling and the same thing happens.


Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Reply:Go to Adobe website and download a patch for that i had a similar problem but it was for another program and thats what i did you can try this and see if it work.
